Itinerary
Day 01| Jammu | Srinagar
Pick Up from Jammu Railway Station or Katra or Srinagar Airport, arrival at Srinagar, Check in at Houseboat Refresh yourself and be at leisure, overnight at Houseboat.
Day 02 | Srinagar | Phalgam
After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) Pahalgam is situated at the union of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. Pahalgam is now Kashmir's premier resort; cool even during the height of summer when the maximum temperature does not exceed 25 degrees Celsius, upon arrival check into the hotel. Overnight in hotel.
Day 03 | Phalgam | Srinagar
After breakfast leave the valley of shephards (Phalgam) and drive back to Srinagar Check in at Houseboat, Rest of the day at Leasure take a shikara tour of the Dal Lake, Floating Gardens, shopping and enjoy the beautiful evenings of Srinagar city over night stay in houseboat.
Day 04 | Srinagar | Gulmarg | Srinagar
After breakfast full day trip to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 mts. above sea levels. The distance of 60 kms.will be covered in about 2 hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. Also enjoy sledge riding on snow or Gondola ride (Cable car) up to Khilanmarg to enjoy the fascinating view of Peerpanchal range. Overnoght in Houseboat Or Hotel
Day 05 | Srinagar | Sonamarg | Srinagar
After early breakfast at the houseboat / hotel, proceed on a day excursion to Sonmarg, the 'Meadow of Gold'. Enjoy a pony ride on the glacier (ponies can be hired directly). Stay overnight at the hotel in Srinagar.
Day 06 | Srinagar |Local Sight Seeing
After breakfast sightseeing of Mughal Gardens, visiting Nishat Bagh (Abode of pleasure) built by Asif Khan Brother-in-law of Emperor Jehangir in 1632 AD and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) on the banks of Dal Lake with the Zaberwan Mountain in the background. The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 12 to 15 kms respectively. Enroute visit carpet weaving Factory, Visit To Shankar Acharaya Temple, Tulip Garden, Chesmasahi, Hazratbal Srine, overnight stay at Houseboat or Hotel.
Day 07 | Srinagar Departure
After breakfast depart from Srinagar to Jammu Railway Station or Srinagar Airport.
