Itinerary
Day 01| Arrival at Srinagar
Meet upon arrival and transfer to Deluxe Houseboat/Hotel. Late afternoon Shikara ride on Dal Lake visiting floating and Vegetable gardens etc. Also witness walnut woodcarving and paper mashie making demonstration. overnight at Houseboat .
Day 02 | Srinagar
After breakfast sightseeing of Mughal Gardens, visiting Nishat Bagh (Abode of pleasure) built by Asif Khan Brother-in-law of Emperor Jahangir in 1632 AD and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) on the banks of Dal Lake with the Zaberwan Mountain in the background. The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 12 to 15 kms respectively. Enroot visit carpet weaving Factory. overnight stay at Houseboat.
Day 03| Srinagar| Pahalgam
After breakfast drive to Pahalgam (The valley of shepherds). En-route, visiting the saffron fields of pampore, Awantipura Ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by the King Awantivarman), and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Drive through the pine forests. Dinner and overnight in hotel.
Day 04 | Phalgam
After breakfast leave for full day excursion at Pahalgam, Explore the market of Pahalgam at your own leisure. Enjoy anexcursion to Chandanwari (3288mts) and Betaab Valley.Go for an excursion to Aru Valley (pony hire charges optional & extra at all the places). Stay overnight at the hotel and enjoy the serene Pahalgam.
Day 05| Pahalgam | Srinagar Departure
After breakfast leave from Pahalgam to Srinagar airport and take happy memories of life with you the tour ends at Srinagar airport.
